ClaimEase uses AI and OCR to extract and summarize information from documents. Limited human review may occur to improve accuracy or provide support. You may opt out by emailing support@claimease.io, though this may affect accuracy or support levels.

We do not permit third-party AI providers to train models on identifiable user data unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Sharing of Information

We never sell personal information. Any “sharing” for cross-context advertising occurs only with your consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 8). Backup data may persist for a short time after deletion.

We use encryption, access controls, and logging to protect information. No system is fully secure — please safeguard your credentials and devices.

7. Children's Privacy

ClaimEase is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, such data will be deleted promptly.

When applicable, you have data subject rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction of processing. ClaimEase acts as a data controller for user accounts and documents.

Your data may be stored in or accessed from the United States. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.
